Scope

This notice applies to business contact information submitted through the YAP Sentinel microsite. The site is product material; it is not a portal for customer cases, transactions, identity documents, or wallet investigations.

Information we collect

A demo request may include your name, work email, company, website, country or jurisdiction, business type, location count, service categories, a transaction-volume band, an operational challenge, preferred demo window, and consent to follow up.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs. If reCAPTCHA is configured, Google processes verification information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to the demo request, communicate about YAP Sentinel, protect the form from abuse, maintain the site, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not ask for or intentionally use active customer-case information through this site.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by providers that host the site, deliver the request, prevent abuse, or support business communications. We do not sell demo-request information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Retention and safeguards

We retain business enquiries only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes above and any applicable recordkeeping duties. Access is limited according to business need. No Internet transmission or storage method is risk-free.
